Gelato Fino is a wholesale manufacturer of ice cream gelato, sorbet, Italian ice, and baked and ice cream desserts… including delicious desserts that combine both.

We also offer dessert design services, collaborate with chain restaurants on proprietary desserts, and offer original desserts in collaboration as part of our desert design service.

Our founder, Gregory Parker, learned the love of desserts from his mother, Madeleine Guimont Parker. Truly a renaissance woman, her many talents and enthusiasms included an abiding love of great food in general, and something sweet in particular.
